   Food was okay, however it took us awhile to be served because the worker (girl with red hair) was supposedly cleaning instead of serving customers. She even stared at us acknowledging our presence but still chose to ignore us. Only when a que started to form she took our order. Not only that, but she had an attitude as well. Other Costas usually offer good service so i’m quite surprised. But this no longer made me want to go here.

   Our favourite Costa venue. I’m hoping the staff working from 1-2:30 yesterday 17th December can help… My 92 year father, who has memory issues but wants to be independent!, left his iPhone at a table/chair in the back section. He only just realised this morning as he rarely uses it. There is no easy way to contact the store by phone or email. May this will help.

   I recently visited a lovely Costa Coffee location that is wheelchair-friendly and has plenty of parking nearby. It's nestled in a bustling retail area with lots of great shops. The food is delicious, and the staff are super friendly. There are plenty of options for vegetarians, and they even offer some tasty vegan choices. Additionally, they have a disabled toilet on the premises. The only downside was that the Bakewell tart didn't quite taste like it should – it was more like a cherry tart.

   Very bad experience, bad staff attitude, poor customer service, person who took order got it wrong, food soggy on wet plates, after coming here for a long time, so so disappointed and not happy at all
