   As with most Starbucks the atmosphere is peaceful and inviting, all the areas are clean with plenty of seating and toilet available. Usual menu selections with great efficient friendly staff.

   Ordered a flat white and it was of a very poor standard. I don't know if a staff member was being trained up, but it definitely was not a flat white we received. With how expensive it is I would be reluctant to go back

   My husband and I visited this branch of Starbucks while on a bike ride from Hull. It was quiet, very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and professional. We enjoyed our fruit toast and coffee.

   Customer service spalling. Attitude of server not very pleasant was very rude and didn't say please or thank you. We're hurried at the ordering point too... Staff need retraining.

   Shocking visit. To start the digital menu board flitters through no less than 4 pages stopping on none of them long enough to read what is on it with exception of the current promo. Bad enough as that is, the server behind the counter tried to make a point that we were taking too long to decide what to get, not good enough. The selection of food suitable for allergy sufferers totalled a sausage sandwich. To which the same server felt the need to comment that not everyone can be catered to, fair enough, but it’s 2023 not 1986. In the end we left with one small hot chocolate which cost an arm and a leg and was too hot to drink in spite of asking for it to be cool enough for a child to drink. Shocking.

   The walls were very dirty (see above). The floors are greasier than my hair and I haven't showered for two weeks. One of our party has converted rom Costa to Starbucks based on the taste of coffee but is still conflicted by the inflated pricing and their lack of tax paying. I asked for my chocolate twist to be heated up but they handed it to me cold on a plate until reminded.
