Terrible customer service today, my step daughter came out very upset because of the attitude of a member of staff. I'll vote with my wallet and go elsewhere in future.

Ordered through Deliveroo. Charged £13.39 for a small bottle of gin. When it came RRP on bottle £8.99. Chicken wrap charged £4.41. Price on packet £3.29. This was before delivery and service charge. Total rip off.
The staff is not very polite, works slowly.
