It’s a small shop and it’s quite expensive I used to go in to buy a chocolate moose of 75p and now it’s £1.75, the staff are never at the till and bearly speak to you plus I am going to say again it is soo expensive.
Worst spar in gosport stand at till waiting, staff talking rubbish to each other in ailse then proceeded to go out back instead of serving so I took custom elsewhere
very poor customer service from a number of workers. some are lovely but for the most part, most of them aren’t. very disappointed used to love going in but now i don’t. new comers are getting younger and younger. manager is loosing workers like a prozzy looses her nickers. I was in tonight when a staff with red hair swore at the other staff member that was working when all she was doing was making me and my partner feel welcome! this place is going down hill like mary jane and it shows!
If I could give a zero I would, the staff in this shop are awful (for the most part) some of them are genuinely lovely and I feel sorry for them. Your watched like a hawk and made to feel criminal, there are always issues, one after another, even staff swearing at other staff members because they think they own the place. If you can’t afford to fix the front door then Mabye being in the unit isn’t the best thing for the company, I wish co-op would come back, atleast then your welcomed in with friendly faces.

This shop used to be really good when it was Coop welcome. It’s feels clinical and not very welcoming like it used too. Very expensive and overpriced
