The Dairycoats Inn has really improved since its refurbishment, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The busy quiz nights are a highlight, adding energy and fun to the place. The vibe is great, with friendly customers that make it even more enjoyable. A solid choice for a lively evening out!
101% spot on proper pub, that’s it, no other words to describe a brilliant pub, 28/2/24 called tonight an it’s completely different, the bar staff sooner play on her phone than notice a customer has walked in the door, lost my custom now
The dairycoates Inn is a former Hull Brewery pub with a beautiful glazed brick exterior. It is a nice traditional popular street corner community pub. There is a good range of beers including a cask conditioned hand pulled real Ale. Titanic plum Porter was the real ale on when I called in. Friendly staff, pool table, outside seating, a good pub worth visiting.

This listed building is fully refurbished inside, and offers free pool during happy hours.
Very much a pub full of local and regular customers, unfortunately this resulted in a very tense and uncomfortable atmosphere for me when I walked through the door. I think I went to the pub on one of their bad nights as there was a big fight and argument between who I believed to be regular customers or at least one of the men fighting was. Loved the trawler decorations just a shame about the unwelcoming atmosphere from the regulars. The barmaids were nice enough when they eventually served us, however the coke appeared flat in mine and my boyfriends bacardi and cokes. Such a shame as it could be a lovely traditional pub but I won't be returning.
