The spa in the hotel was incredible and was great for a reset. The hotel staff were lovely and the food was amazing. 10/10 would go back again. Just wish there was more to do in the area but the hotel cant help that...

Our stay was made so much more by the service by ElleJai on reception. Amazingly she remembered us from October 2024! Instantly she made our stay by upgrading us to a superior room, which she had no need to do. We were made so so welcome. Our 4th stay at a fantastic hotel with excellent staff and excellent food and views!

We have recently stayed at the Langstone Quays Resort for a weekend away. We have had a very attentive receptionist and the check-in went very quickly and smoothly. However, when we arrived at our room, we were very disappointed. The room smelled damp, everything was outdated, and the carpet was old and dirty. The portable heater was not working. Lastly, we found our cups and teaspoons were completely dirty. We contacted the receptionist and shared our unpleasant experience with the room, and query if our room could be changed to another available room. We have to give the lady a 5* service, she came up to our room and tried to help us with everything she could, including offering us another available room. We were relocated to a new room and it was much nicer. The bed was comfortable. We went to the bar for a refreshment and decided to sit in the conservatory area. There was only one available table in the entire area. The tables were dirty and empty bottles and glasses were left there for a long period of time. We noted that many guests came into the area but were unable to sit in there due to dirty tables. We have stayed in this hotel before but we feel it has not changed much, apart from some new renovations in the vicinity. Personal opinion, for the price being charged, the Hotel should have offered better experience.

Lovely location and loads of parking. There are no lifts in the hotel and when I asked for help to carry my case up to the furthest away room in the hotel I was told no we don't have a porter! The whole hotel needs freshening up. The carpets are old and worn. The ironing board in the room was lethal as I was ironing it completely collapsed to the floor. The bed was very comfy and we had a nice dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was good too but don't think I'll be returning.

We booked this venue to hold our Father's wake. The arrangements for the day were discussed in advance so that the day went smoothly. We couldn't be sure of the final guest numbers attending so we asked for the tables to be spaced apart so that the room looked fuller. We had quite a large turnout in the end and the team were on hand to provide additional seating without prompting. The toast drinks were served to guests, ensuring everyone had a drink. Tea, coffee and buffet was topped up and kept tidy throughout. A memory table was set up. The room and facilities were clean and tidy. The team that supported us throughout the day were amazing. THANK YOU ALL for making this already upsetting and difficult day go smoothly.

We wanted 2 nights away from our normal life. Found this hotel through online search. From booking until departure I cannot complain about a single thing. Room had no hair dryer for my Mrs and the hotel arranged for her to use a empty room to dry her hair. The breakfast was amazing, a help yourself full English and continental breakfast buffet. Free use of gym, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. Veery friendly staff. Free ample parking, rooms clean and well equipped. It's not a 5 star butler service but for its price it is way above my expectations and will totally recommend to anyone that will listen.

Well the reception staff were great the room fantastic. That's where the good points END the restaurant staff couldn't care less the kitchen staff didn't even know how to prepare a fish properly IE left the skin on that's what you expect in your local chippy not a 4 star hotel, the server's were miserable the bar staff miserable always polite but no sense of humour, the hotel lacked any soul and the breakfast which is advertised as grilled is a lie it's fried and covered in grease and the tomato never even saw the grill or frying pan. We will not be staying at this hotel again. What a tragedy this place has so much potential especially for getting the younger generations in but sadly not realized what a shame. As the room was fantastic just a shame no air conditioning u have to open the window and then the smell from the harbour hits you and it smells horrendous

Staff were very pleasant despite clearly being overstretched. Restaurant was good but, wait time from sitting down in the restaurant until dinner served=1 hour! Bathrooms in rooms needed helpβ€”mold and poor grouting. Cute location and very bright/pleasant but clearly more work needs to be done.

My family and I have just come back from staying here for 2 nights. After reading reviews we almost cancelled the day before going but very glad we didn't. Check in was swift and the staff member very helpful, I asked about swapping one of the rooms due to it not facing the front of hotel and although they were fully booked the lady still offered us another option. Room was a good size (facing the harbour) large bed, clean bathroom, enough tea and coffee and fans have been provided in each room. Admittedly it was hot but that's totally due to the weather and not the fault of the hotel. So much the same temperature as my bedroom at home would also have been. Breakfast on both mornings was good, lots of selections and well organised. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite at all times. Offering jugs of ice water throughout our stay, providing anything we needed from reception and gluten free bread at breakfast, nothing was too much trouble. The location was ideal for us as close to the beaches. Car parking was easy and free, leisure facilities and staff there were also good. All in all can't fault our stay at all and would recommend.
