   Food is what you’d expect from a spoon but we had not one but TWO instances of staff being INCREDIBLY rude. We went to go get a slightly bigger table and we asked a waitress if we could potentially take a table she was stood next to and she told us not to bother because she hadn’t cleared it and it will take her ages, when we said we didn’t mind she snapped ‘can’t you see how much I have to do’. So we abandoned that mission and the second instance was a waitress standing on my friends foot without a second glance, my friend was wearing Docs, luckily she wasn’t injured but an apology would have been nice! We understand you’re busy but please do better with your customer service

   One of the best Spoons that I have been to. Pleasant, clean interior, friendly staff, a great selection of beers, as always, and a lovely view of the cathedral from the outside seating area at the front. Special mention for the young man behind the bar who was super efficient, welcoming and actually knew how to prepare a perfect ice bucket for our wine. i.e. with water in and not just rammed with ice. Give that man a medal. Would love to return.

   Nice Spoons. Studenty later in the week in the evenings but they seem to be a happy bunch. Staff always nice and, on a dry day, treat yourself to an outdoor seat - right opposite the cathedral.

   Really nice place for a drink or food just located in front of cathedral. Good staff and quick service via app. Place was tidy and tables were clean, not like other spoons. Most of full with students because free wifi. Plenty of seatings inside and outdoor. Had nice time.

   My wife and I were staying in the TraveLodge around the corner from this great pub, and we stumbled upon it by chance; what a find! On our first evening we just went in for a drink and were staggered by value for money, the friendliness of the young staff and the pleasant atmosphere with folk of all ages there. Indeed, we liked it so much that we went there for breakfast the next morning, and then again for our dinner that evening! The food was really very, very good, as were the drinks and, as I have said already, the value for money was just amazing! OK, let's be truthful here and say what it is, so, so much cheaper compared to other pubs! Should we ever return to Chichester we will certainly rack up here!

   Have been here twice now and both times we managed to sit at the same table. The place is always very full and energetic, and all the staff we lovely that we interacted with. Sometimes it can get too crowded, and the tv’s only show the news on repeat as opposed to any sport which can be disappointing. Overall, a nice place to have drinks and catch up with friends.

   Great J.D.Wetherspoon, usual value for money prices, spacious inside, good service. I've been here about 6 or 7 times now, I've never been disappointed, and always been pleased with the selection of real ales on the pumps.

   An excellent JD Wetherspoons if you're in Chichester. Across the street from the Chichester Cathedral, and easy to find, very good service here although it was busy when we visited. As always, well priced, with great quality food.

   I had a very positive experience today. As I hadn't got any mobile phone reception the staff made the extra effort to find a rare paper menu and managed to process the order very quickly at the till. Drinks and food were delivered very quickly. The burgers were made exactly as requested. Really satisfied
