   Hi I was there yesterday buying gift cards & a charm! The gift cards were put in Pandora gift bags with tissue paper:) The charm was put in a small gift box . I presumed the assistant put this in one of the gift bags! I got home to find no charm. So I called the store but had to leave voice messages as everyone in the shop busy. No call back. So I decided to call at 8.40am before they opened today & spoke to a member of staff. One of them must have found the box with the charm inside but no sign of it apparently? So I popped into the store today to explain so they put the same charm in another gift box and that was it. No apology for member of staff not fulfilling their service to me:( I do love Pandora though!

   Such a lovely store. Marina greeted me at the door, and was available to help me straight away with any questions. I liked the look of a ring but unfortunately did not have it in the colour that I wanted. Marina helped me pick out a new ring which I loved even more! She was absolutely lovely, and wasn't pushy into me buying me anything.

   Had a fantastic experience at this Pandora store. We were helped by Nathan, who was incredibly knowledgeable and very kindly helped us find the last two size 17 bracelets in store! His suggestion of matching sun-moon charms made our anniversary bracelets absolutely perfect. We are thrilled with our purchase and his service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for jewelry in Aberdeen!

   Went into the store last week and bought a ring as part of Christmas shopping and Maia was a great help from the second I walked in the door. I was unsure what I was wanting to buy and she took me through all my options and helped me find the ideal ring I was looking for. I couldn’t thank her enough and if it wasn’t for her helping me I most likely wouldn’t have purchased a ring
