This place is grim. It smells of pee and is in dire need of an upgrade, it hasn't been touched since the 80's. The safety signs even prohibit shellsuits. It is dirty, has a mouldy roof and no safety gate/staff member at the exit to stop children leaving.
Good soft-play centre in the middle of Newcastle, padding is a bit tired and worn out in places, but no more than is typical of these places. We visited on a quiet day, so ideal for a our toddler. There were signs up saying no adults on the equipment, but we had to ignore that in order to help our son who's too little to go deep into it by himself. Would go again.
Place has changed much since I took my kids. Now I am taking the grandchildren. Still keeps them happy
Brilliant place and most importantly staff who work there actually care about little patrons. There are plenty of staff who are doing a good job. The place is clean and well maintained. Good selection of activities for the kids from jumping to sliding. Literally something for all ages!!

Way too many kids, not enough staff on the floors observing. Two boys punching eachother, kids stepping on others, way too much going on. Left after 15 minutes.
Brilliant spot to bring the kids if your ever in Newcastle. Kids really enjoyed it. If your are going to go, I would advise to bring your own water or treats for the thie kids. It would be a lot cheaper.
I'm certain this place was fantastic 20 years ago but they have decided not clean it since then, in desperate need of a updating and hiring a cleaner, strong smell of mould. Would be a great place with a little investment
