Salesman Frank made us laugh and was very helpful. Very memorable experience overall and was great to find out how customisable the sofas were and that they had a specific list of pet friendly materials as well. Thank you Frank
Very disappointed, We ordered a sofa months ago and we were told delivery would be for the 23rd of may. This didn't happen so we left it a few weeks before chasing as we are aware they sometimes take longer from experiance. Then this sis where the trouble starts, we chase them and they say oh yes sorry we have your sofa and we can arrange a delivery date....great or so you think. We then get multiple emails saying the delivery dates cancelled as our sofa hasn't arrived ?. The organisation is awful, emails and voicemails left and no response.
Nice showroom staff but non existent after sales care. Our sofa arrived with the wrong feet and has barely any cushioning. Have tried to make contact by phone, web form and email and have heard nothing in over 3 weeks. I’d recommend avoiding SCS at all costs!
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by one of the best salesmen I've had the pleasure of meeting, Frank the Dane. He provided absolutely fantastic customer service and was a great laugh. The manager Dan was very friendly and easy to chat to. I would recommend them 100%. And got an amazing deal on the sofa too
Andrew was Extremely patient with us as we couldn't make up our minds. When, a few days after putting down a deposit, we changed our minds, he was still cheery and helpful. Hopefully, we'll reward that by EVENTUALLY making up our minds!
Too many hidden extras ie 5 year fabric warranty @£250 + ,so much for non existing discounts, very disappointed.

Bought a carpet which was fitted this week. The fitters left a huge mess, Scs at no point stated I would have to remote the leftover carpet and underlay myself, which was disappointing. However the worst thing was the fitters left grippers with sharp nails on the window sills, fireplace and my washing machine. Having seen that I have young children, who could have got hold of them. Could have given them to me to get rid of if they couldn’t themselves. Extremely bad service.
I have had to change my glowing review as I wanted to give the store a chance to redeem themselves yet they didn't.. The sofa we got was the wrong one yet we're still paying for it. The carpets we bought are nice but the carpet layers they sent have done such a bad job laying them we'll probably have to replace in a couple years tops, the stairs are saggy and they tore a piece of skirting board off and never replaced it. The carpet layer has been back once and DIDNT sort the problem, he was supposed to come out again to sort the mess he made yet he didn't, using the my child was sick at the weekend story and didn't rearrange .. Still waiting on scs to send the right sofa it's coming up to the time they're supposed to be replacing with the one we actually ordered and are paying for, so I'm expecting to have to go back into the store as it seems once you've signed up and tied into a contract or they've got your money then tough luck.. Really disappointed with the outcome as early on i liked the guy who sold us the stuff, but the inability to tell left and right and use basic measurements is a major concern.. Being disabled it's quite scary going up and down the baggy , badly laid carpet and hopefully I don't take a serious fall as a bad review will be the least of their problems.. Do not fall for the lies they peddle as I've heard from quite a few other disgruntled customers now and it's obviously how SCS operates . Disabled and low income family has been scammed with zero remorse or any rectification of the problem. Solicitors will he next port of call if not trading standards.. PLEASE DO NOT SUFFER AS WE HAVE, GO ELSEWHERE..
