We popped in to sharps on a wet Saturday to try to see the colours we require on our new wardrobes, the staff there were great and a big help as we still were trying to make up our minds. Kim and Lana extremely helpful, worthwhile visit, thanks again.

Popped into Waterlooville shop to get a brochure for a property we still are waiting to exchange contracts on. Kim was extremely helpful explaining how sharps are able to help with difficult shaped rooms that we will have. We particularly liked the range of doors we were shown and will be back to book an appointment when we have exchanged
Purchased bedroom furniture from this company back in 2014. I've had two issues with it. One, the worktop on a chest of drawers got damaged by carpet fitters in 2017, and they refused to pay for the damage, saying they didn't do it. Sharps charged me a call out and sent the most obnoxious man to repair it. He told me he had put a new worktop on, but all he'd done was painted the damaged edge. I was then asked to sign to say I was happy with his work he told me that if I said I wasn't, he wouldn't be happy coming back. According to Sharps, they don't paint anything. Now, in 2025, the laminate is coming off the bedside cabinet door. Apparently, it's not covered under the 12 year guarantee it's wear and tear. The units are in a bedroom that's not been used in 8 years. In any event, the cupboard was hardly ever used. According to the customer services guarantee department, the guarantee only covers hinges, brackets, and handles! Why isn't it called that then? I definitely would never pay for a Sharps bedroom again. It's just a laminate covered board. Save your money and buy wardrobes.
Had bedroom cupboards installed a few years ago. A handle snapped followed in quick succession by another two. I went into Sharps of Waterlooville for replacements, was told these are not used now, ( I assume because they break easily). Really poor product and service, no spares !!
