    Fraudsters I am appalled by the disgraceful business practices of Bedworld. I recently purchased split Link mattresses from them, which were advertised as medium-firm and designed to zip together seamlessly. However, upon arrival, I discovered several major issues. Firstly, the mattresses are incredibly hard, far from the medium-firm description promised. They are extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for a good night's sleep. Secondly, the zips do not attach at either end of the zip runner, with frayed stitching clearly indicating a manufacturing defect. When I raised this issue with Bedworld's customer service, they had the audacity to claim this was a "feature" meant to facilitate zipping the mattresses together. This explanation is not only ludicrous but also insulting. As someone with many years of experience with Zip Link mattresses, I can confidently say that a zip disconnected at either end makes zipping up the mattresses much harder, not easier. The zips detach under any pressure, rendering the mattresses unusable for their intended purpose. As a business operating as a short holiday provider, this fraudulent sale has caused significant damage. We are unable to accommodate guests comfortably, leading to lost revenue and potential harm to our reputation. Despite these serious issues, Bedworld has refused to respond to my detailed complaint. Bedworld's behavior is nothing short of fraudulent. They sell faulty products and then shirk all responsibility when customers seek resolution. I will be reporting them to consumer protection agencies and pursuing legal action for the damages incurred. Avoid Bedworld at all costs. They are untrustworthy and blatantly exploitative. Save yourself the trouble and buy from a reputable company that stands by the quality of their products and cares about their customers.

    The divan bed feels very poor quality in comparison to my old Dreams bed and the drawers aren’t put together very well at all and are flimsy when opened. I fear for how long the divan is going to last. The mattress doesn’t feel overly comfortable but I’m hoping that I just need to get used to it being new.

    Absolute rubbish - the worst quality bed we have ever bought! - Divan drawers are difficult to open and close. - Headboard only came with two bolts so the bed needs to be right up against the wall to stop the headboard tipping over. - And finally...The mattress (if you can even call it that). It's basically just a big block of solid blue foam, with a thin layer of memory foam glued on the top. This is then wrapped in an embroidered case to make it look more expensive, but this is the most uncomfortable thing you will ever sleep on. !!! Though it has a fire resistant label on the mattress cover, I have no idea if this also applies to the blue foam of the mattress inside. !!! Avoid, avoid, avoid

    Jason was really helpfull in shop. I was notified on day of delivery what time the bed would arrive. Idris the driver was friendly and polite. Even the call centre staff were friendly and polite too. Bed was easy to put together and I am a woman on my own! The bed is of extremely good quality, I was able to choose colour, material and style of bed. I recommend going in store as you do get a lot more choice than what you see online. Highly recommend.

    Terrible quality bed. Side board split in 2 when sat on for the first time, core of the board is foam!! One foot ripped out as the machine screw ripped from the internal thread. Double checked and the correct screws were used. Poor quality, poor customer service, poor experience.

    Visited today, very disappointed with the display and service. The woman working in there didn't even get up out of her chair. Totally disinterested. Wanted to shop locally but looks like I will now be buying online. Why did i purchase a bed from this company? I should have followed my instinct. The headboard was faulty and I was advised that they would exchange over 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting to hear about it being collected and exchanged! Don't buy from this company - customer service is shocking!

    If I had had a call to say the bed was coming this review would have been 5 star but it came unexpectedly and I was on a zoom call so inconvenient. However one gold star for the 2 nice and helpful delivery drivers and 3 gold stars for my bed which was perfect, in excellent condition and exactly what I wanted. Four stars from me :)
