The receptionists were lovely. My cat Tilly was seen on time, and nurse /vet took time to answer any questions I had. I feel that this surgery is very good.
Sam and Loren are the life and soul of this practice! I lost my dog Brody back in February and they couldn’t do enough. Now they make Dexter and I feel so special. Dexter is no longer scared of going to the vet! Sam especially makes Dexter feel right at home! Thanks so much for all that you do! All of you ❤️
I cannot thank the staff at vets 4 pets Buckingham more! They are a wonderful team. Lots of patience and understanding! Our doggy’s are always well looked after and loved. Our Janet’s favourite place to go!
I always have a friendly welcoming from all the staff my favourite veteran is victor as he knows me and my cats very well and he knows I know and love my cats lexi tia Loki and Tilly like going to see victor as they know him and he is the best veteran there but all the staff are extremely welcoming
Never had any issues getting a quick appointment and Victor is one of the best vets I've ever had. Utterly amazing with cats and very respectful of them.
Such a shame - things have really gone down hill! My cat has been with you for several years and has been on repeat medication since the start. My wife ordered the repeat this week and email confirmed ready to collect however today we have been told they have changed their mind and now told us we have to bring him in after my wife drove there to collect. We explained we are very short and can only do weekends and didn’t seem to care that we would run out before we are able to bring him in. Never had any issues before really disappointing serves and lack of acknowledgement the risk they have now put my cat in due to their error!!!!
The vet was full of knowledge and great at explaining things. The receptionist they were all friendly, we had a giggle and they covered everything we needed to know. The young lady even helped me back out to the car with my 2 JRT pups and carried one for me and belted him into the car. Fantastic team
I have several dogs and they are like my kids, hence, there health and well being is critical for me. And I was looking for the best best vet for them. And I’m so happy to find Victor. He is an amazing vet, professional and attentive who always finds out the best option with minimum harm for my dogs. I am very grateful for all support and professional assistance which he gave to my dogs. We had two surgeries with him and a lot of routine appointments and always happy with the results. It’s quite difficult to understand what will help your lovely pet as they cannot explain in details their feelings and what’s happened. Hence, this occupancy requires sensitivity professionalism and intuition and the ability to comprehend without words. Victor has these characteristics and uses it in every situation without any hesitation. Thank you very much for being a soft hearted, honest and extremely professional vet.
Couldn't do enough for us. We rang for an appointment on same day, they were very busy and squeezed us in at 12.45 (Saturday). They then rang us saying that with the symptoms I had described they wanted to see us sooner and got us a much earlier appointment. They had to keep our dog in for treatment, they kept us informed throughout the day of her progress. The whole team were very caring and lovely, I have no hesitation in recommending them.
