My mother has an iPhone 16 since April despite my best efforts to dissuade her. Low and behold earlier this month apple put out another nonsensical update that has changed things on her phone including her mail settings and now the important folder in her Gmail account is blank, with her having lost lots of emails that pertained to warranties and guarantees in particular. The very issue Jeremy Clarkson wrote about in the Sun newspaper. So she took it to the Apple store in Union Square Aberdeen for assistance with it. Not only did the so called Apple experts deny Apples update has anything to do with it, none of them would help her to recover the messages. That's your staff in a nutshell Apple. Disgraceful

Went to the Aberdeen Apple Store on 23.10.25, with the intention of purchasing a new IPad, was served by Dino, who was great in providing advice in which model would be suitable for my use. He then gave great advice on issues I was having in relation to my IPhone connecting with my car. Superb service would fully recommend.

Moussa and Arran were great today when I needed to change my laptop for a new one. 5 stars for both of them. In particular Moussa was really helpful and his attentiveness was excellent - the literal definition of customer service. However I noticed a male and female colleague were clearly being rude about Moussa behind his back, and they were clearly condescending when they spoke to him - the person with me also picked up on both of these things. It spoiled the experience for us.

My husband and I visited the Apple Store in Union Square and were served by Dean, this is the second time heβs helped us, and once again, his customer service was second to none. Dean is super helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. Excellent service every time!

Took my mum to get a new phone, i was envisioning several hours of hardship as she wanted the store personnel to do a data swap from her old phone to new phone. Absolutely seamless 10/10 help, assistance and mentoring from start to finish. Staff were well presented, spoke calmly and clearly to my mum and answered all the questions she had. I was incredibly impressed at both the level of care and the speed at which they worked Shout out to Megan and Thomas for being superstars. Would recommend anyone to go here for a new phone

Went in to get my battery replace in my phone, they made sure I was aware of all possible issues etc with the phone whilst changing out the battery. Very professional and very friendly staff. I always use them for my Apple issues. Very happy customer!

Went into the store yesterday after my Macbook display screen popped out and shattered after being tilted. I bought this Macbook 3 months ago and never touch the screen due to fingerprints. Went into the genius bar and was immediately belittled by the misogynistic staff who proceeded to push my Macbook screen in and then said βoh look the screens indentedβ. Of course it is, youβve just shoved your fingers through it!!! Wanted me out of the store as soon as possible, they were only interested if they could fleece me Β£429 for a new screen, or to buy a new Macbook. After reading multiple reviews saying this has happened quite frequently with Macbooks, there is clearly a design fault here! Honestly disgusted that apple employees in this store treat young women the way I was treated. The fact that they had to search high and low for any other issue with the screen (a tiny scratch on the macbook logo), which wasnβt there before the appointment, and I would notice this as i use my macbook upwards of 12 hours a day as a student, says to me that a solution was never going to be provided without me handing over an extortionate amount of money - clearly thinking I wouldnβt pick up on this as a young girl. This scratch apparently voided my warranty, but it wasnβt there prior to my visit to the apple store. it makes me feel like they have deliberately damaged my laptop to find a reason to void this repair under warranty, forcing me to either pay a large amount of money for a repair or a replacement. Staff are rude and ignorant, would not go into this store if you are a single woman because you will be discriminated against and made to feel like dirt on the floor.

Very disappointed Went in to purchase a watch Normally they pounce on you once you walk through the door But didn't even acknowledge our presence The guy at the watch station was with a customer and instead of saying he would be with us or another member of staff would be with us shortly.. Just asked to move twice to let him open a drawer where the straps were 2 members of staff talking beside the air buds chatting away not interested in coming over Won't be back

Had to pop in just a few minutes before closing to quickly pick up some headphones and got served by a very friendly staff member. They were very understanding, helpful and helped picked something out to suit our needs. Great service, thank you.

Exactly what you would expect from an Apple Store. Friendly and polite staff, classy and minimalist interior, and an array of virtually every apple product circulating in the market. However, there are no prices on any of the products, and this was quite an inconvenience for me when browsing through items. I don't wanna have to consult a staff on every item.
