   They have gotten a lot better the only complaint I have is they never update there opening times on the site because I have tried calling them on Wednesday for the past 2 weeks and they are closed anytime after my work witch I get home at 2.30pm just would be nice if they said because I checked there door before I wrote this review and it says nothing about them closing early on Wednesday so how are you supposed to now when they are open and it is a GP so it is important to now

   Moved to Crossgar a year ago, didnt know what to expect when changing my GP Had interacted with Dr Edward Smyth multiple times and he’s one of those GP’s that, whilst obviously competent, shows decency/humility and for me that goes a long way If all Dr’s took the same approach, more people would feel comfortable talking about their issues which in the long run saves lives

   Recently attended Crossgar surgery. Dr Smyth was excellent. Had minor surgery carried out on a bank holiday. He explained everything that was done in simple terms. My only complaint is there usually is a 3 week waiting time for an appointment.
