   Enjoyable stay ( again ). Jane is an extremely good host. The room was immaculate, clean and the Hypnos bed very comfortable. Breakfast is cooked individually and very enjoyable. Jane's garden is wonderful place to sit and relax. Looking forward to staying again next year.

   What a lovely place - Jane was there to greet me on arrival and show me to my room. The room was quiet, comfortable and well appointed with coffee machine, toiletries, biscuits and a posy of flowers. Breakfast was superb, made even better outside on the patio.

   We had a very enjoyable three night stay here while visiting Chichester itself and friends in the wider area (Winchester, an hour away). A very convenient location with excellent bus service into Chichester itself. Jane is a super, welcoming host, the rooms and facilities are immaculate and private with great attention to detail. Not wanting a cooked breakfast, we had the continental one in our room and it was just right with lovely yoghurt, fruit and granola and an excellent fresh croissant. Coffee and tea are both available in the room. Thank you Jane!

   We had a really lovely stay here when we needed to visit Goodwood. Jane was super welcoming and our room was private and very relaxing. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy. With two vegans in our group, Jane went out her way to lay on a lovely breakfast for everyone. Decaf tea and coffee with oat milk was also no problem. Jane was a superb hostess and we will definitely stay again when in the area!

   Our second visit and I'm sure it will not be the last. Combining a perfect location for both coast and Chichester Festival Theatre, Bosham Boathouse is the the go-to place to stay. A warm welcome from our host, we'll appointed room and the newly decked garden (ideal for summer evening drinks), combine to make the perfect stop over.

   What a happy and comfortable 3 nights we had at The Boathouse. Jane is the perfect host & is very accomodating, going out of her way to help. Fantastic breakfasts, and all the help you need re trips, the local area, where to eat etc. Our room was spotlessly clean with all we needed and the bed extremely comfortable. A good base. Thank you Jane, we'd love to return and will recommend.

   In our experience, this is almost as good as it gets for B&B. The three things you would most like from a B&B are a comfortable bed, a good shower and a great breakfast and this gets 5 stars for all. Jane is a wonderful host. There are 2 choices for breakfast, the full English in the breakfast room at additional cost, or the continental breakfast included, delivered to your room. Both are excellent. Parking is easy and close to your room. The surrounding area is very flat and ideal for cycling. You can cycle into Chichester on a safe and sometimes traffic-free route that avoids the main road. Or get the bus from right outside the property. You can also cycle to Bosham Harbour along a very quiet country lane that begins opposite the B&B. Lots of nice walking nearby. For fine dining I would recommend Cassons in Tangmere, which is Michelin-rated and a 10 minute drive from the B&B.

   Me and my boyfriend came to stay whilst we were in the area for Players Classic show at Goodwood, and booked here as a bit of a last minute decision. The hosts were amazing and went out of their way to accommodate us from the moment we arrived right through to the end of our stay. The room was bright, comfy and well stocked. We couldn’t recommend highly enough to others to stay here and we will definitely be returning in the future!
