Great place to stay. Great breakfast. Comfy beds. Wonderful staff. Parking is a bit tricky so best not go in a SUV! Will be going again.
Stayed here about a year ago (sorry didn't leave a review then!) We were greeted by a wonderful lady, she was very informative of the area and quick to help with anything we needed. We had a choice of rooms when we got there as no others staying which was a lovely offering. The room was huge, bathroom decent and decor was lovely. Bed was super comfortable. We had breakfast over the road at the sister building and it was delicious. Our stay overall was fab. Would return!
Stayed for one night, rooms absolutely lovely decor wise and I liked the fact my car was securely off the road in a car park. We had breakfast too, we didn't take advantage of the full use of facilities because we were only one night but breakfast was very good, maybe a refill on hot drinks would be a nice idea to help wash down your food.

Nice place to stay. Not really their fault I visited on hottest day of 2022, but the room had no aircon! Hotel provided fan made sleep possible, but it was very hot. Everything else was great, and location just one street back from promenade excellent. Would stay again!
Lovely rooms finished to a high standard great base to explore Southsea and Portsmouth sorry the photos are of the places we visited rather than adding more photos of the rooms. Staff were friendly and very accommodating as Farmers we tried the Farmers English breakfast, we were not disappointed. WiFi is free and great speeds see photo. Excellent 2 night stay would definitely book again
We loved our 2 night stay. Our room was immaculate, clean, stylish. The blonde lady on reception was very friendly and welcoming. Lots of choice on the breakfast menu plus fresh fruit and cereal. If we are ever in the area again, I'd definetly stay again.
Ended up paying out £132 last year for valentines day on an executive king room with shower. Nothing executive about it. A dull room with a horrible mattress. Smelt of wood and a window that looked out to an alleyway. Didn't bother with the breakfast as we couldn't even sleep and people walking around above us from the reception. Seriously your better off in a travel lodge. Even when we complained we heard nothing back. Never again. Really wish I kept the photos. Only remembered to do this review because of valentines coming up.
My Wife and i stayed here on our wedding night. The room was really nice with a personal touch/feel to it. We only stayed there one night as we were flying the next day but will always recommend this place to anyone. It would have been nice to stay there a couple of nights because it felt very relaxing here and and staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very nice and and the room was very clean and spacious. I've only put good down for facilities because I was only there over night I didn't check anything out. One of the reasons i choose this place was also the free parking. Lovely stay
