Noisiest hotel ever stayed in, bedsheets make me feel itchy showerhead broken. The only good thing is that you can log into Netflix but the tele had a scratch through it .
Staff helpful & friendly. No food. Clean and tidy. About 8 car parking spaces.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! It is a hostel, not a hotel!!! Rooms locked at 11pm and if you leave your room you get threatened by the manager that you have broken policies Apparently he is calling the police to report me for leaving to go outside at 11:45pm for a cigarette He is going to take me to court and close my business because I made a complaint against his inability to deliver adequate customer service and misuse of advertising A hostel is not a 3* hotel. Big difference
Other reviews must be fakes we got a studio room. No kettle No cooker 4 beds in the same roon Only a microwave to cook Doors and other items are old
Really good sized room which had be completely refurbished. Excellent service, made us feel very welcome and looked after. Thank you for a great stay!
Lovely people running this lovely little guest house .. Lovely beds lush shower and toilet in my room my own little space is lovely and quiet and clean.. the lady and gentleman running this place are amazing and so welcoming. Feel right at home
Good stay, polite staff, clean room and great location. Cost was high as it was festival weekend but all in all decent. Shower could be better and place was being painted but can’t mark them down for that. Only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was the price
very close to high street and 5 mins walk to ferry to go to Portsmouth.Ferry took only 2mins to cross the water and it dropped us in the Gunwharf Quays shopping outlets. Clean and cheap compare to Portsmouth Hotels.
