   I can’t say enough good things about Cherryhill Lodge. The level of service from John, Patricia and their kids went way above expectations. I stayed in the garden room. Extremely comfortable bed, beautiful views and extremely clean. The breakfast in the morning absolutely amazing!!! Everything was fresh, local and made to order. I can’t wait for my next visit!!!    Stayed at the Loft. Had a fabulous time, room was warm, comfy and clean. Patricia & John are so helpful and kind and the views from the garden were incredible! Thank you so so much! Highly recommend staying here you will have a great time :) (also Daisy the dog is adorable!) ☺️

   We have just spent two nights here and really enjoyed it. It is a lovely house with beautiful views from the 'Garden Room' out over the garden and right back to the Mourne Mountains, outstanding. The hosts Patricia and John are lovely people who can't do enough to make you welcome.

   A beautiful house is a beautiful setting, we'd a view of the lovely gardens. Patricia and John were fabulous hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was fabulous with homemade breads and jams. Will definitely be back.

   Patricia and John were fabulous hosts. The rooms are clean and comfy with plenty of closet space. The bathrooms are excellent (especially the shower!). Breakfast was above and beyond expectations. Everything and anything we needed was provided for. We have stayed in about 300 B&B's over the years and this is definitely one of the best B&B experiences we have had.

   We stayed in the Garden Room which had a beautiful view. The house is so lovely, clean and cosy. The owners couldn’t be nicer, so welcoming and think of every little detail. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and all homemade, there were freshly made cakes in the room when we arrived as well. This place is a real find if you are looking for a nice break near to Newcastle and don’t mind being a little bit out of the town. You can walk into the town centre in about 15 minutes from here. Tollymore forest is just a 5 minute drive away as well. Highly recommend if you like a quiet place to stay, the owners make you feel so at home, I’ll definitely be back again.

   Absolutely lovely, great value accommodation. The owners were welcoming and friendly, and even left us scones when we arrived. The apartment was gorgeous, with excellent facilities. Located close to Newcastle town centre, it's a great base for exploring the mountains of Mourne. As the accommodation is located away from busy roads, it's pleasantly quiet, and we even saw a deer!
