A wonderfully private location with staff who go above and beyond. Andy couldn't do enough for us. I couldn't have chosen a more special location to propose to my now fiancé. We will certainly be back. Highly recommend the electric bikes and picnic experience. We had the best time with them and the spread was amazing!

I had a wonderful a relaxing time on my stay. I loved the tranquility and even saw a die and her fawn while enjoying the hot tub! The cabin and garden are completely profit and screened off from view by trees and the shape of the valley, but at the same time I felt it was close enough to others that if help was needed it could be reached. As a women staying there on my own I felt completely safe. Alan was extremely kind and helpful.

We had an incredible stay at Doe’s Den. A great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and connect with nature. We enjoyed every experience - the views, the hot tub, the breakfast hamper and just sitting in silence while absorbing everything in. The deers and foxes even made an appearance which made the whole experience even more special. Andy is very welcoming, made sure we are well settled in and explained everything we need to know. The cabin itself is excellent - spotless and well looked after. Such a special place. Will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends and family.

One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in. Andy the host has everything perfectly planned out for the most relaxing and enjoyable stay. You are totally emersed in nature and the beauty of the mountains. The electric picnic bike ride in the forest followed by a lovely lunch and forest spa, was just magical and so much fun. The attention to detail provided in the breakfast basket each morning and the wood fired hot tub in the evening was just perfect. You feel like you are the only people there. We most definitely would give this 10 stars and recommend to anyone looking for a magical escape. We will be recommending to everyone.

Myself and my husband have just returned from staying in Does Den, if you are looking for a place to completely get away from it all this is the perfect spot. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and we were fortunate enough to spot a Fawn whilst we were relaxing outside our cabin. The cabin was beautiful, absolutely spotless and the most comfy bed I've slept in, it was so peaceful I had the best night's sleep I've had in ages. We also done the electric picnic and forest spa and I would highly recommend both, great experience cycling around the forest and the picnic we had afterwards in the gazebo was absolutely beautiful. The forest spa was so beautiful and secluded, the scenery was outstanding. The entire stay was so wonderful and we can't wait to go back. One of the absolute best parts of the stay was the service we received from Andy, an absolute gentleman who couldn't do enough for us, from setting up the hot tub so we could enjoy a relaxing soak to delivering the most beautiful breakfast the next morning. Nothing was too much trouble for him and everything was explained well to us. The whole experience was wonderful and I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

We loved our stay there this weekend. It's old fashioned but perfect. Our room had the balcony with friends above who had a super room too. We had dinner and breakfast and both were first class with 4 different meals all as good as the other. Attention from the staff was professional yet relaxing. And the surrounding grounds are beautiful with the short river walk having a variety of theme's as we walked along it. We say out the back garden and watched the moon rise and beautiful sunset in the evening then had a few relaxing drinks before a peaceful night's sleep. This may not be everyone's cup of tea but it a one off and should never change. We'll done to all the staff and owner you gave us a perfect day to remember on our 25th wedding anniversary. Will definitely be back.

Simply the highlight of our Northern Ireland trip. What an amazing experience. This was our first-time glamping and couldn’t fault anything about it. We stayed at kingfisher Residence next to the river, luxurious cabin with all you need, with beautiful mountain views. Wood fired hot tub with the sounds of birds and the river was a bliss, firepit will make it more special! Cabin has everything you need. You can turn on and off the generator whenever you need with the key. And you will have a fully charged battery pack which can be used to charge your phones, laptop etc. There is a coffee machine, camping fridge, battery powered lamp and solar powered lights, all adds comfort to you stay. Special mention about Andy, who makes the stay extra special with providing everything you need! Breakfast was simply the best. You get the hamper to the cabin in the morning which had fruits, yoghurt, milk, selection of juices, breakfast rolls – having a breakfast next to the river on a picnic blanket - what a way to start the mornings! Also, we used the newly opened spa as an addon – Private sauna and the outdoor cold shower was such an amazing experience. Definitely worth it. Thanks Andy and the team for all your effort, we had our best days and will definitely be back.
