IIs not porsh, but- quit and comfortable place to stay. Friendly all staff , good service theoore are take care of customers .
Good value for your money clean rooms
Have stayed here many times when visiting Southsea. Right opposite the green and near the Hovercraft station to Ryde. Rooms tired but comfortable. Owners are friendly and helpful.

Very clean place with amazing view!!!We are from Greece and i come with my partner , the manager was so kind and helpful.I recommend it as a great choice for a hotel.
Upon arrival, greeted with a lovely man who had nothing on his mind but helping us. He was very friendly and got us booked in and settled very quickly. After booking in, he wished us a good night and told us to enjoy the sites and local nightlife. Rooms amazing and a great location. 10/10
