   Very good and most comfortable stay at Grandwood House. Owner, Chris , very helpful and easy to get to Chichester and coast. Good pub food just 5 minutes away. If we're ever down that way we have no hesitation booking there again.

   Absolutely appalling. How this property managed to get the AA rating it did is beyond me. The accommodation was of an extremely poor standard lacking any luxuries or cleanliness. For the money I would strongly suggest going anywhere else than here

   Stayed here for two nights this week. It was a lovely country house with picturesque views. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was great too. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! The local pubs sell excellent food too, and also the staff are equally as friendly
