   Very poor communication, I had contacted Pro Pods to arrange a viewing of a room I was interested in, managed to secure a virtual viewing. No one ever contacted me. Completely wasted my time and didn't respond to multiple calls or messages. Very unprofessional! The email box on their website is essentially useless, they never contact you back.

   I was initially pleased with the property as it was exactly as advertised and the agent - PROPODS ltd - Daryn Brewer was cooperative during my stay. However, my experience took a drastic turn for the worse post-tenancy. Contrary to our agreement, I discovered that the agent had not been paying the council tax which he was contractually obligated to handle. This oversight led to an unexpected and significant bill from the Portsmouth council, a cost that the landlord subsequently refused to cover. I am now forced to seek legal advice to resolve this matter. I strongly advise potential renters to be wary, as the lack of transparency and breach of contract has resulted in considerable inconvenience for me.
