   I chose Leaders to provide tenancy for a property I own in Southsea since I had used them when I was renting at Gunwharf and was happy with their services there. I find the whole team at Southsea branch to be professional and informative. In particular Tom Wingham is very efficient in that he will process a task and keep you informed as to the various stages, it's nice to be kept in the loop as things are progressing and it instills a sense of confidence that things are being attended to, not simply forgotten or left at the bottom of a pile. Additionally, Tom is proactive in moving things forwards rather than just waiting for potential tenants to appear. I found communication with him to be very easy and genuine. Overall the whole team Charley, Hannah, Ruby and Tom have all been very pleasant and approachable and would recommend anyone in a similar situation to use their services. You wont regret it!

She gave us everything we needed to know about the property, which was instrumental in our decision making process, and helped Leaders stand out against the other agencies we were working with to find a rental property. I noted in correspondence that Ruby is a Trainee, which came as a surprise to me. I've been in sales & consulting for close to 6 years myself, so her commitment to a smooth customer journey that was informative & helpful was not lost one me. Lettings agents often get a bad rep, but it's clear to me she's an asset to your team and has a bright future. Thanks Ruby.

Tess the lettings agent was knowledgeable about the property and was assisted by Hannah in a couple of matters.    After four years in a Leaders managed property, our experience has been somewhat mixed. It started well, we had an excellent account manager who was great at keep us informed when repairs had been flagged up and when they would be addressed. Unfortunately, after they left, our tenancy was shifted to a variety of different account managers who made it clear they were not really interested. For 3 years, we flagged up a leaking window (might as well have had the window open whilst in rained!) - that was promised every time that it would be dealt with and never was. These windows are now being replaced now that we have left, and presumably, at a cost to the landlord who could probably have had a much cheaper bill if the problem had been dealt with at the beginning. That said, just before our tenancy ended Joe Howell became our latest property manager and he was great. He kept us informed even if he didn't have an answer (communication is not just about providing conclusions) - and absolutely understood our frustrations in the previous lack of follow up and did his best to rectify this. I'm sure that had he been on the account after our first excellent property manager, we would have been happier tenants and the landlord would have had a property far better maintained and a much smaller window bill!

   I’ve been with Leaders for the past 3 years I’ve lived in Portsmouth and they’ve always been very helpful. This time around moving into a new house, all staff at Leaders have been great in finding me a new home suitable for my needs, and helping through the process. We had the pleasure of having Tom as our Lettings Negotiator, which I understand we were his first letting which was a pleasure. He was so kind, helpful and very focused on getting things sorted for us! Charley, Hannah and Tess were also brilliant, I feel like they’ve all become my friends with the amount of communication we’ve had! It’s not been an easy ride but everyone at Leaders (Lettings) have been lovely, explained everything thoroughly, and understood time constraints, given alternative options and guidance when needed. Hannah and Tom are a great addition to the team, despite them still being in training it was so good to see young people my age doing so well in their careers and really caring about their customers!
