When the time came to leave Southsea and sell our property, Pearsons were our first choice. Every member of the team has excelled during the process of listing our home, conducting viewings with useful feedback and then, once we had accepted an offer, keeping everything on track through to completion. We have moved around the country a lot during our working life; selling and buying homes has been part of this. He is very knowledgeable about the market & trends, provides good advice on pricing and goes the extra mile to listen and understand the customer.
