   I went in look for some coaxial connecters, but it was too expensive. I went to another shop and got them twice as cheap. Screwfix just seems to expensive.

   I went to the Screwfix store and brought a SDS drill bit, the woman who served me was a younger lady named "India", she firstly ignored me standing waiting to be served, and she didn't not smile, was not remotely friendly and eminated distain whilst serving me, he attitude was downright rude. I After being a manager in retail and Trade for a huge part of my life, I would be appalled if one of my team spoke or behaved like this to one of my customers. I thought yoy should be aware as the manager needs to spend some time with India with a PIP, or remove her from the customer facing role immediately.

   Ordered something ti click.amd.collect which said there was 3 in stock. On collection told they couldn't find and it had been ordered but we needed it there and then so asked for a refund. Apparantly couldn't give a refund Explained we needed item and it wasn't our fault and asked to speak to manager. Manager wasn't in!! So we've had to fork.out twice for item and got to wait 3 days for a refund. Won't be using again, customer service shocking!!!

   Came in for a windows handle as mine had broken, really nice lady helped me out and found a replacement, it was absolutely spot on so next day I came back for another as a spare for next time. Great service, friendly people make it all so much nicer experience.

   Very helpful and friendly staff. Despite item I wanted and purchased on click&buy being unavailable when I arrived to collect it - ( due to warehouse error). Staff were helpful in finding me an alternative product to suit my needs and amend my already paid for order. I would recommend this company where a good range of product lines are available.
