Cleaned the windows here, it looks like a perfect place to leave your dog. With rooms that have tv and under floor heating and a large wood right near for the staff to walk the dogs. *****
First time leaving our elderley chi, first time in kennels, picked him up this morning happy as larry, we had photos while we were away and could see he was fine, really would recommend the conifers and our little chap will certainly be going back in the future, our little bentley came back with a spring in his step thankyou all so much X
I have always been lucky to have family to look after my previous dogs. This is not possible for Betty so was really worried about leaving her in kennels. That was so silly of me she loves going doesn't even turn to look at me as she goes off with Ryan. The photos that they send is so great l get to see my dog playing with other dogs which she adores. Knowing your dog is happy makes everything feel great
As Rusty our 11 year old Daschund has gotten older we’ve been more worried about leaving him. When he stayed first the first time we were a little nervous but 3 years later it’s still our go to when we go away. The attention paid and genuine affection to the dogs shows. We wouldn’t have him stay anywhere else. We appreciate all the team there especially Ryan. We always know we’ll pick up a happy pup whether he’s been there 1 night or 10 nights. A wonderful place for your dogs to stay. Firstly, they ask you to fill in a rather comprehensive form to understand your dogs specific needs and history. Although no one likes filling in a long form, they take onboard all of your comments and requests, to make sure your dog gets the very best experience during their time away. They thoroughly reviewed their medical history to ensure not only your dog's but the rest of the hotel/kennels occupants are not put at risk, and cared for appropriately. My dog can be an anxious dog, and the staff and owners made every effort to make sure her stay was as pleasant as possible for her. Letting us bring her a familiar blanket and soft toy. I had requested on the form for her to receive a bath - thinking a time away in kennels can leave a dog smelling badly - the staff at the Conifers suggested me this might not be advisable as she might not get the most out of it due to her anxiety - so I was happy to waive the bath and they the fee. Despite the lack of a bath, she smelt just as good she did when she arrived - suggesting a very well kept facility, that tends well to the dogs in their stay. The facilities really do speak for themselves, put simply, they are top notch. They provide a wide selection of rooms depending on your dogs size and how much luxury you can trust your dog with!
Fantastic dog hotel, we were made to feel very welcome and were shown around the whole place and met staff. The dogs are very well looked after, fed, watered and walked. The room we picked had a tv in it and the beds were comfy enough for her. Ryan the manager is so good with the dogs and really helped her settle in. Highly recommended
Nice friendly staff. Lovely facility with small/medium/large and delux rooms. All very clean. Very large outdoor play area. Competitively priced. Also has a well stocked dog food shop. Definitely recommended.
Buddy seemed right at home, his first experience of kennels. Well exerised with other boys and staff are very caring. Will use again.
By far the best Dog Hotel ever. It was our first time leaving our dog in a kennel. They put our minds at rest and even took the time to send us photos of Holly while we were attending a family wedding. Perfect experience, thank you so much Linda and Steve and all the team at Conifers.
