   Just picked up our trio of moggies today. I really cannot rate Bircheshigh enough. Jenny and Lucy are delightful and give great customer service. The cats were all happy and chilled, their individual needs more than met by the owners. I genuinely wouldn’t want to book anywhere else.

   Both our furbabies were nervous when dropped off, however they soon settled well. The chalets are comfortable, heated/air conditioned, with multiple areas for them to roam around/ play in. They enjoyed plenty of interaction, and fusses from the owners, Sue and Alan. They were well looked after. Would definitely recommend and would visit again.

   The best cattery, run by the kindest and most caring people. Our boys always look nice and relaxed when they are on their holidays and always come home happy and well cared for. Alan and Sue's love for cats is obvious and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their cattery for anyone in the area looking for a holiday home for their cat.

   The club/fishfinger sandwiches and milkshakes here are pretty special - and the alfresco dining area is quite the sun trap, even during the autumn. The quality of the food and the friendly staff make this place an easy recommendation.

   Lovely cattery, feel absolutely ok with leaving our 2 here in the care of Alan & Sue,& they are really nervy cats, but there are no problems, pens & all areas are spotless, looked after like they are their own cats, they have a real passion for them all. They get booked up real quick for all times of year, they had better air con & cooling in the real hot weather than what we did, absolutely recommend them to anybody with cats.

   You can tell how much the owners of the cattery love cats, and this comes across in the way they care for your pet. Always treating each cat as an individual and happy to give your cat the best stay it can have. The "apartments" are very nice, air conditioned indoor part and a decent size outdoor section, with beds, towers, scratchers and toys.
