   First time using this cattery and will definitely be back. Really liked that they allowed us into the pen to get our cats settled. When picking the cats up the staff clearly knew our cats and their little personalities, and the cats were clearly very happy and relaxed.

   Excellent service. Our 2 cats were at the cattery whilst we were on holiday & the care & attention provided to our cats during their stay was superb. We were given a full update when we collected them on how our cats had been whilst with them & we were so pleased with everything. Would definitely recommend the cattery

   Such a lovely team! We were so nervous about putting our cat in a cattery whilst on holiday, as it was a last resort. But the team at Charlesberry were so accommodating and helpful. They text us updates to put us at ease. You can do a pre-visit. The kennels were spacious and the cats have access to a little outside ledge. They adhere to whatever rules or feeding times you put in place. Our cat felt so at ease and comfortable that he didn't want to come home! Highly recommended.

   Lovely cattery, my cats over the years enjoy their holidays and this means I can enjoy mine too knowing they are well cared for! I have been using Charlesberry for over 20years and I am very precious who looks after my cats! Ed now runs the cattery (from his father Stuart, who I'm sure still plays a key part in the business! Its just Cats, no barking doggies. Ed has a cattery maid who helps with the daily tasks. Cats have a large secure area in a choice of cat cottages which are heated in the cooler months and each spacious cat pen has a shelf with access to a secure balcony, so your cat can get some fresh air and view the outside world. The lower area of each cat pen has plenty of space for their personal toilet... each pen is large enough for a big cat bed, scratching post, toys, food & carrier so it feels like home for your cat. Each cat cottage has individual locks on each cat bedroom. The main door of the cat cottage is kept shut. My current cat often puts on weight in the cattery, so I know he is happy, and I use Charlesberry 3 or 4 times a year and would highly recommend. To me, leaving my cat is emotional, however Ed understands (even though he's incredibly busy!), ensures we have time to settle my cat into his room and also to collect him, personally, - this goes a long way. Go on, try them.. pop by unannounced, you will find the standards and welcome, high, at all times. Thanks Ed - see you soon!

   We moved to Milton Keynes about 6 years ago with 1 dog and 1 cat, didn't really know the area but came across Charlesberry Kennels as needed them looking after and haven't looked back since... now with 3 dogs and cat they all stay a few times a year for a weekend or longer break, the dogs all stay in together which is great and I feel happy and confident they will be looked after well!! Emily and Stuart have been very friendly and accommodating, as are the other staff, would definitely recommend....

   My 18 month puppy has recently spent 2.5 weeks with Emily and the lovely team at Charlesberry Kennels & Cattery. I found this wonderful kennels by chance after my usual kennels did not have space for my boy. I will now never use anywhere else. They have loved and cared for Buddy like he's their own. Sending me thoughtful and reassuring updates and pictures throughout his stay too. Charlesberry has clean, spacious kennels and a secure field. Walks and runs are on a 30 metre long line lead so you can relax knowing they are safe whilst still being able to get their regular exercise. They had even bathed Buddy ready for us to collect him at the end of his stay! This was longest time I had ever left him anywhere and knowing he was in such good hands meant we were able to get on with enjoying our holiday. Thank you Emily so very much! You are a credit to Charlesberry Kennels and we will see you again soon! Angie Cox

   We have been using Charlesberry to look after our two cats since early 2016. From early on they remembered us as a family and make the whole process of having the cats stay with them very simple and smooth. We know the cats are in good hands during their own holiday and would/do recommend them to anyone looking for a place to keep their cats/dogs when away from home.    Charlesberry Kennels is really a great place for your beloved pets. They take great care to get to know your pet and are always willing to go the extra mile. Medicines are responsibly given at no extra cost. Our 2 dogs always come home well and the carers obviously know them. We have used the boarding kennels regularly and have never had a problem .We leave them in their good care knowing they are well looked after.

   We have used Charlesberry Kennels for the last fifteen years and are now on our third pair of Cavalier Spaniels. We do go away quite a bit and have used the Kennels at least four to five times per year. All of our dogs, both past and present, cannot wait to go on their holidays to the kennels. The staff are exceptionally polite and the dogs love them. We have never ever had to complain about anything and they offer a service of collection and delivery and the dogs always return healthy and fit. We would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to use Charlesberry Kennels and the recommendations we have given to friends and family for their dogs and cats have always come back with nothing but praise and they have used Charlesberry Kennels again and again. We have no hesitation in giving a reference like this and would strongly state they deserve an award for their kindness, good treatment and in respect of the owner and proprietor, a love of animals.
