   I would be asking for a refund if possible I have emailed for discount as my experiance wasn't great we went over Xmas and while I appreciate they were very busy when I dropped my dog delta off no one looked at her vaccination card, it was her first time in kennels so she was very anxious as was i i wasn't shown where she would be staying or anything, a day into our holiday i was told my dog had a terrible stomach so they starvd her for 48 hours, she was on the same food at home as the food they provided, when I picked her up she was very skinny and her stomach was terrible for days I've just tried a differant kennel & she didn't have a upset tummy once, came back same weight she left and that was a longer period, I hope they do offer refunds/discount as a good will gesture

   We were really anxious about finding a nice place that would look after our 2 Mini Sausages (Sidney & Stella) for 2 weeks as it's the first time we have used a kennels/left the dogs. This place is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend. They were SO well looked after, we got regular updates on how they were doing and they will definitely be our go-to from now on. Thank you to all of the team!

   Woburn Forest Kennels have saved me so many times with accommodating last minute bookings and amendments to bookings. Steph, Donna and team always look after Jasmine so well and she is the most excited to go and stay there, she doesn’t even look back when we leave her. In fact, if anything, she looks a bit disappointed when we pick her up - almost like a kid being picked up from a party and wanting to stay for “5 more minutes”! Thank you for everything.

   Jasper had a great time on his first trip away at Kennels. Woburn Forest team were friendly and made us as dog owners very comfortable. On arrival we were met by 3 members of the team and we were confident instantly that Jasper would be well looked after. 2 days later we arrived to pick up a very happy dog wagging his tail - we’ll be using Woburn forest kennels again soon! Thanks to Steph and the team
