   Rude member of staff commenting on my t-shirt that says (Jesus saves) on it. For no apparent reason she walks past me and says "your tshirt is wrong no he doesn't" then continued to walk over to another lady behind the till and whisper what she just said to me. (Thinking I didn't hear her) giggling with the other lady. Abit baffled by what just happened i continued to look for what I came in for and sje stood at the bottom of the isle i was still down and said "I was joking, I thought you'd laugh but you didnt" Thought i'd laugh? You've just randomly insulted something i believe in and expected me to find it funny. I did reply back to her "I thought it was a rude thing to say to a customer" I 100% agree everyone is entitled to there own opinion but 1 she was working so professional standards should be kept i was a customer in the store shee worked at and 2 if it was in the street I wouldn't of cared it's her opinion. I was just so offended that I walked into a store and got insulted for no reason.

   Ok for a quick shop! A bit pricey but all convenience stores are! Not good for a choice of dog chews.Clean a most of the staff are polite and well mannered! A couple could be better off stacking shelves and not serving customers until they can be better mannered! Managers are aloof and unfriendly! They need better training with customers!

   Had a delivery Thursday evening one item missing and some chicken had a reduced sticker on but member had staff had removed it leaving enough evidence to see what it was and they never answer phone

   Never going there again! You should hire someone more professional as a security guard, this guy clearly has no idea what his job responsibilities are, every time I go there whether by myself or with my partner, we keep being watched by the guard all the time, never stolen anything in my life and this guy makes us feel like we are thief's, every alley we went in to, he was always there looking at us from the distance, even when we went to a previous alley he suddenly showed up too and started looking at us, at the self checkout he keeps observing us whether we paid for the 30p bag, seriously??? I always pay for the carrier bags whether it's at Sainsbury's or any other shop, this guy came up to me recently and asked me if I paid for the bag... I had to print receipt to prove it, why bother asking this if you don't even believe the person, what if I hadn't printed the receipt or I clicked 'no' before he came up, this is pure harassment, he keeps doing it every time we are in the shop, definitely not coming back there again.

   Just too expensive. All want is choc, crisps and a drink and you need to spend more than a fiver. Off license next door is half price.

   I went shopping to this place a few times,but that chubby woman (short hair,and specs) is extremely rude! I bought something that need it age authorisation,so I was waiting for someone to come to the self checkout like 5min to approve it?Apparently she came,and stood behind me without even saying a word to me?! So I am waiting and waiting,and I decided to turn around and there’s this chubby woman staring at me,telling me that she waits for me to move so she can do the authorisation??? Can someone explain to this deluded woman that human beings does not have eyes on their back! So u can’t expect from me to move if I can’t see u,or if u just stood there behind me without saying absolutely nothing ?! Weirdo!

   Visited this store to collect fee items for in laws as they live near, am so glad it's not my local store the staff busy shouting to each other who's going for a cig break first, and lady on till never said please when asking for money and continued to speak over headset to colleagues not speaking a single word to us customers at all. Very rude unprofessional staff think staff training is needed.

   The majority of staff at this store are brilliant however one member of staff is very rude. I've been going to this store for years. I wish I would've remembered her name. I ask her for 2 bags with all my shopping to be pack. She started putting them all in one and when I asked if I could have 2 again she went in a mood. I said rather then have all the weight on one shoulder as it was a heavy shop, she then looked me up and down with the muckiest look. Early 50s blonde haired women, very rude for no reason! What is the need?
