   The security guy in this store is an absolute abomination has no communication skills or customer service skills as soon as I see this guy I never go in there you can't innocently shop there and spend money without being harassed had to squeeze by him in the door when you say "excuse me" he give the dirtiest look very intimating dont NOT recommend (its the old dude) the young one is actually quite pleasant.

   For me I would only trek to this store as a back up store as it is open until late, unfortunately as leaving at check out 2 hooded walking dead looking dudes had filled there bags with all sorts of meats & wines etc, one member of staff had bravely intervened on the 2nd one as the other fled, she's a credit to your company, I've been coming to shop at this store for many years & have never had an issue always polite, keep up the good work.

   This is the second time I got stolen from this shop. After the first time it happened, I told myself I wouldn't shop here again but the Lidl across the street was closed today so I stopped by this Sainsbury's instead to get some fruits. As they don't have self check out, you have to go through the cashiers to do the payment. The things about the staff behind the counter is they will secretly add one item which wasn't in your cart and only cost around 50-90p so you won't notice the difference. That is stealing! And they won't give you the receipt unless you ask for one. Imagine they do that with every customer coming to the shop? Disgusting!

   Normally the shop I pop to on my way home from JD Gym down the road. Lovely location and staff but had a horrendous experience that I can’t believe happened. As a black woman I’ve experienced my fair share of offensive and racist behaviour but never have I had to endure such disgusting behaviour in a local 10 minute shop. The black male security guard followed me around the entire shop around 4 inches behind me, actually bumped into me at one point to which he just looked me up and down and said what? He looked inside of my pockets and checked every single item I picked up and watched me outside till I had crossed the street. Would advise against coming here and safe to say I will not be coming here again under any circumstances which is a shame as the cashiers and staff always have a smile. Please hire new security that is not racist, aggressive and harassing. Really disappointed in this standard.

   No parking, Security guard working Monday afternoon is really oppressive even to kids who are good as gold just walking around Popped in for a few bits, that are overpriced and it was just an unpleant place to be

   Well stocked and good opening hours. Parking is hit or miss but this is in a busy location. My only complaint is that the till staff are often very slow because of people topping up their gas/elec or getting lottery and to buy one or two items it is often quicker to go to the smaller polish supermarket a few shops down.
