   Had no idea where to go for some garden chippings, found MKM and was very impressed with the service and price, from going into the sales room where we were met by Owen, he was brilliant, this was about 10am. He asked about delivery and we said as soon as possible, arranged for the same afternoon. At 11.45 the stones were being delivered by a really nice man, sorry don't know his name. I would certainly recommend this firm and will be using them again.

   Just had a kitchen fitted that Laura designed, from the start of the process to the finish Laura couldn’t have been more accommodating. Had a few minor issues regarding the kitchen units but Laura was straight on it, sorting out new replacements to be redelivered. We will not hesitate in using Laura again, as she helped to make the whole process stress free. Thank you again Laura.

   Over the last few days MKM Scunthorpe has saved my neck on a commercial job I am currently doing. They have gone out of their way to make deliveries of very small orders that should really have been collected by me but as I am with out a van at the moment they have brought the goods to me. The service has been above and beyond. Owen who has organised the orders and deliveries has been exceptional. Thank you all so so much

   Had to load at mkm today, what friendly, helpful staff from the office staff to the forklift drivers, quick load and not rushed to get out of the way, not a one off either as I went for a second load in the afternoon and the service was just as top notch.

   Absolutely shocking service - I have left 1 star as there unfortunately isn’t an option for 0 stars. I ordered some materials and was told it would be delivered a few days later. I received half my order with no explanation of where the other half was. I had to chase this up and was told the product was out of stock but would be fulfilled in the next couple of days. 2 and a half weeks later still no product and I’ve had no communication from MKM to explain or provide an update on where my materials are or when to expect them, subsequently I’m left with a half finished room and lots of wasted time chasing this up. Very poor customer service will be taking my business else where from now on. Avoid at all costs
