I returned a bathroom unit but couldn't find the receipt, they searched through their computer whilst I looked around the store, returned after 10 minutes and they found it on their system. No quibble, refund issued immediately. Dunelm is one of my favourite stores with a great cafe tucked away in the corner and toilets nearby.”
