   Never enough staff at the till points at sny time of day. Staff are clearly stressed out with the amount of work expected from a small team. I have never seen a duty manager on the sale's floor supporting the team. I also, have left my own shopping and left due to the extremely long queue around the till points. I've worked in retail management for over 30 year's in my 50 year career.

   Not as nice as it used to be before they did the grand redesign years ago, we got a really nice Christmas tree about 8 years ago from the Doncaster branch and when we went to Scunthorpe again everything had been rearranged and they didn't have quite the range of products they used to have

   Good Staff helpful and wide range in store....but please limit scratchcards and lottery tickets for old women that maybe wont see xmas. lost the will to live standing behind at customer service behind 2 silly old bags buying at least 70 scratch cards and tickets. thankfully I was rescued by a very helpful member of staff.

   I went to return paint that hadn't obviously been used, large tins bought because they were for a large hall, stairs , landing and bedroom. Not realising there was a returns date I was duly told I'd gone past it. They only give you two weeks to do the work so be warned! Anybody in the Scunthorpe area need grey or mustard paint, going cheap?

   I needed some new plant pots for my fast growing plants and this was the best place for that for me. It has loads of other stuff too but deffo a good price on the plant pots. Really easy to get to and very nice and big car park. The staff are very helpful and quick at getting you through the tills.

   Had a meal at DeeDees. Meal ok and good value. Decor very scruffy in restaurant. The Range just doesn't tick all my boxes I'm afraid.

   I found everything I needed, staff very helpful, went to use the toilet but, didn't as they were in an awful state. As the tills are in front maybe they could be checked more often. Shame as the rest of the shop is great and the cafe also very good.

   Great shop with a variety of different items available, most of which are of high quality. From kids toys, photo frames, event + seasonal decorations, snacks, furniture, stunning mirrors & art work , I could go on & on. My family & I love popping in just to walk around it like its a gallery!

   As usual hard to park and not many disability spaces. Huge amount of stock to look at which was great but with approx 25% of them either having no price or the price was for something totally different. The cafe food wise was good and staff there also. Not cheap nothing like it used to be and although I do appreciate everything gone up it would be nice if The Range could maybe keep a bit of profit back from the cafe bit. I will go again but these things do frustrate me.

   i bought a lot of things from here for my bedroom and the prices are outstanding for the stuff that are provided in the shop. It definitely gives a better variety of things than other shops like B&M. I had bought bed sheets, duvets, a portrait mirror and curtains - and looking forward to, in the future, buy a fluffy pillow and cow pictures which is in exceptional price surprisingly as of the good quality and other shops being unreasonably expensive in those topic. I definitely recommend it.
