   How extremely disappointed I am with SCS. We purchased 2x 2 seater settees and a chair..not 2 years ago..the chair has collapsed all they will do is send a chap out to examine it at the expense of £75. Not refundable if they say its your wear and tear...(cant imagine many get refunded)...Never in 55yrs of marriage has a chair lasted short of 2yrs.. our last 3 piece lasted 15yrs...be very careful if your thinking of spending your well earned money..

   During the kids holidays there been bird droppings all over at front of the store have to walk on the road as it's that disgusting this has been here over 4 weeks and it's disgusting nothing getting done even jysk getting the same way. Making the area disgusting, bad that have to put up with the rubbish over flowing in the bins at the wkend as no one can be bothered to empty them.

   Thanks to scs at Scunthorpe knowledgeable sales staff who are both polite and helpful supplied us with A new sisitaia suite and lounge carpet the carpet was fitted by two excellent fitters on the Friday leaving no mess doing a first class job then the suite was delivered the following day at exactly the time they said. Up to now I cannot fault the service and would highly recommend the Scunthorpe branch Kind regards Paul and Rachel

   I booked an appointment at the Scunthorpe store that was convenient for me and my sister who was chauffeuse. We were greeted on arrival and introduced to Mark our sales advisor who showed us around and then left us for a time while we tried various sofas we liked and he answered all our queries. At no time was I pressured and I had plenty of time to decide which one I liked best - a Titan 3 seater sofa. We discussed the options available, colour, style, accessories and care package, and the all important will-it-fit-in-my-room-and-go-through-the-door question. When we had discussed this at length and agreed my options we discussed delivery and I paid. All in all it was a very pleasant way to spend an afternoon and I enjoyed the experience very much.
