Herons own website states their Paragon Street branch is open until 17:00 on Sundays. I went at 16:35 on 05/09/21 during my precious short break at work to find them shut. Why do retailers publish opening times then mess their customers about by not sticking to them?

Great ‘local’ supermarket for me. Both here and Whitefriargate branch. Lots of well known branded products at cheaper then usual prices. Staff are always friendly and polite. Well stocked usually and popular for custom throughout the day.
I was in this store with my Husband & a Staff member was trying to force us to buy carrier bags when we already had our own, she slowed us down then she said "Come on Hurry up theres a great big queue"!!! We were stunned to say the least!! Terrible Customer Service!! Will be getting in touch with Head Office as soon as I find out her name....
