Staff uninterested in their job. Poor customer service from Ellis who regularly talks down to staff and customers. Head office needs heads testing when hard workers and polite staff members have been sacked in favour of unprofessional untitled staff.
Good staff, hilarious sense of humour at times.Prices excellent. Little cramped for space and Isles sometimes very narrow with baskets and such especially if you have mobility issues. Can't fault it on offers
Staff are getting quite rude, chatting between themselves on there headpieces often swearing,why nit just wait tilm you dont have a customer near you,waited at the till today while the young lad in there finished emptying his boxes which is fine but them was mumbling to himself walking upto the till ,then didnt speak a word when serving me ..rude !
Manager go's out of her way to help staff member working this Saturday whom I see a lot is lovely and cheerful and has a chatty personality xxx Best Heron in Hull I think

Staff could be more eager to welcome customers. Never seem helpful when most needed. Prices are good however. UPDATE! Since the introduction of headsets here the customer service (if that is what it is) has become appalling! No meet or greet by staff, always talking on headsets between themselves (personal not business), no hello, thank you, goodbye at checkouts because they are discussing personal matters or what they'd like in their coffee. If this is the future of Herons, we'll go elsewhere. Perhaps head office might like to make some visit and assess their colleagues. Disgusting behaviour! Sadly, no change as yet!
I'm stopping shopping here the last few times I've been food has not been too good. The prices have gone sky high n alot of the food tastes funky. Pull your socks up heron you used to be amazing now ur a bit mouldy like ur milk n bread which goes off the day after u buy it despite it being in date. X
