   Made to feel like a criminal coming in to get some infected eyedrops because I get an eye infection possibly two Question loudly in front of an entire room full of people. Literally wanted to leave in tears because I have pinkeye and I just wanted some eyedrops to fix it Would I recommend them? No I wouldn’t. The staff are rude and unhelpful and made me feel like I never ever want to step foot in that door again.

   Twice I was told to come back as it was not ready, four days to get 28 tablets. (Amazon can get me a parcel the next day!!!!) And then they text to say it’s ready at 12:55 despite them closing for lunch at 13:00. Thoughtless and poor customer service. When I raised this I was told about a new collection service whereby you use the machine as they can’t be bothered to serve you, the machine is only as good as the staff using it, there’s going to be some hard times ahead!!!!!!!

   Useless - visited and was asked to call next day to see whether prescription was in. Called and advised prescription's were in and come in 20 minutes. Visited 45 minutes later and was not ready and that they did not have 1 item. Wasted both my and shops time when they are really busy.

   Both my parents booked via the Patient Access service to have their flu jabs carried out at this Pharmacy. They are non drivers so had to get a taxi both ways only to arrive at their appointment time to be told there was no one there to administer the jabs and sent them away. Disgusting service.

   Am giving 5stars because my medicines are always ready each week and given with a smile. Have been using this chemist over twenty years. If there is a wait or problem an explanation is made. Well done Rowlands for a sterling service.

   Amazing Customer Service Despite All The People Making The Employees Jobs Very Hard. Everytime I enter this pharmacy I’m greeted with a smile from the employees. Lovely pharmacist, Lovely Employees. Who have the world on there shoulders trying to deal with all the “Customers” That’s Are Looking To Be Offended Or Are Just Looking To Moan At The Employees, I read another comment saying that the customer service is brilliant, Which is true. I will also be sticking with this pharmacy. & For everyone reading this with negative thoughts on the pharmacy, Please catch a grip and stop moaning because that’s all you live for. Cheers Rowlands!
