Missed out meds that had been put though my doctor which I've still not received, there taken on too many deliveries, no compassion or empathy. Discharged me for asking for emergency prescription. Which your aloud to ask for. Breaching 5 principles of phamicutical conduct and regulations. Take ages answering the phone. Profit before ppl. Have nerve damage in feet and on going mental health struggles and would be viewed as a vunerable patient to them. If u was thinking of joining this phamacy I wouldn't bother. Over work there drivers. And if there a mistake been made don't properly help u with it. Found a great phamacy now and and lucky I spoke to them as they has no correspondence from greywell to say there delievring today or doing the scripts. They luckily got me a delivery today in time knowing greywell knew its a Friday and doctors don't work weekends.

   No information on what to do or where to go when you arrive. Asked if it was the right place told yes then ignored untill I enquired again 10 minutes later. The lady doing the injection was very nice.

   The service today was better as the lady I spoke to was very helpful, so they get 2 stars for that however it would be great if the pharmacist could be more helpful and not pick and choose who they would like to speak to. It may not have felt like that with everyone else but it felt like it with me. I was in so much pain and asked for pain killers and was given co-codamal, only to find out this causes constipation which made my condition worse as I had to go to the A and E. Before prescribing it, if the lady or the pharmacist had asked what I was going to use it for, it would have prevented this. Just saying they need to more careful and not rush into prescribing tablets to people. Instead assess their situation before making decisions. Thanks to the lady that was very informative today about my prescription without even asking. (That’s what I call going above and beyond)

   I went to Greywell Pharmacy for the booster covid vaccination. Service was quick and easy. A lady pharmacist, I think her name is Tapiwa, was excellent. She was professional, smiling, welcoming, and purely amazing, calming me down and providing helpful information. So I recommend Greywell pharmacy for covid vaccination centre for anyone who lives in the area.

   Just had our booster at this centre. Very well organised, volunteers very friendly and helpful. Only had to wait a few minutes before having jab. Did have to wait 15 minutes after jab which was reassuring. Highly recommend.
