   Always leaving me without my contraceptive pill, the doctors have approved my prescription a week ago now and sent it to the chemist, and they still haven’t bothered to sort it. This hasn’t just happened once, but 3 times now I’ve been left without it on numerous different occasions. I am now 3 days without my pill, so when I do eventually get hold of it, I’m going to have to reset the whole process of taking the pill for the third time now. How is this slightly acceptable?

   Being my appointed pharmacy I have always found the staff polite, considerate, professional and willing to go above and beyond to help with the needs of customers. Nothing is too much trouble with requesting repeat prescriptions and very quick to replenish any shortfalls that may occur with low stock items. Kylie and Alison are very helpful and always courteous.

   Went to pick up prescription at 3pm and told no pharmacist so can't give you them. There will be a pharmacist available at 5.30pm which is unacceptable as we were travelling so we were delayed. Now notice on the door saying pharmacist only available from 9 am to 1045am. That's the last straw will try to get them delivered in future.

   Complete Joke! A few weeks ago I went to this pharmacy 4 times in a week for a prescription that was sent direct from my doctors. Every time I was told they were out of stock. After complaining on the 4th visit they conveniently found some. I have since changed pharmacy because of this. I've been to this pharmacy today to collect my husband's prescription that was electronically sent last Friday and surprise surprise it wasn't ready! He is now changing as well. Absolutely rubbish since the lady pharmacist left.

   Since this chemist has got new staff members, it’s been going down hill since then! The staff are rude and constantly look miserable, they don’t really set of a very comfortable vibe to the environment!! I order my inhalers and medication 2 weeks ago and they said they haven’t got it and also said “don’t worry this has happened 4 times already” and they think it’s acceptable? They also lied to me and said I couldn’t go to the doctors surgery behind them (my normal doctors) because they were shut all afternoon however 10 mins later my dad had to go in there to get my mothers medication that they also messed up. This review isn’t just on one visit as it’s my local but I really wish it wasn’t.

   Staff rude, unhelpful, judgemental and obviously think they are gods gift to the medical profession when they are really only shop workers led by an equally rude and condescending pharmacist. These comments are not from a one off visit but are from an extended period of time and numerous visits. If one had the choice I would not use them. Unfortunately it is the only one in the area. If there was a choice I am pretty sure they would lose customers and not be as smug as they are.
