In my opinion, all Asdas are noisy and overstimulating. This one is just a superstore full of the above, although it does have a lot of variety and works fine as a shop. Plenty of parking and there’s a bus stop too

In this store often when I shop I get a discounted item from the shelfs and a different price when I pay on the till. It’s really frustrating as I don’t count after I’ve paid but when I got home I see the difference. The customer service says the till price is always correct and it’s happened sometimes because of system updates or system errors. End of the day this isn’t my problem, if I start taking pictures of every single item I get from the shelf to verify the price when going on the till is not right. I do understand it’s illegal for retailers to deliberately mislead as this is what is happening in their stores. It’s happened everytime I’ve been shopping. I bet they’re so many customers who don’t realise that until you go through your receipts. I’ve been bringing shoppings back with receipts to verify the items but you have to wait until the staff go through everything and verify each price and if you’re in a rush this cannot happen. Yesterday I got two bottles of Kefir drink and was £1.18 on the shelf but on the till they’ve asked me to pay £1.78 per. If they do it hundreds times this is at least £60 off from your pocket. Will be taking pictures of every item from the shelf I get and will be posting receipts if the times allows it.

Visits always go well. My most recent visit was with friends after college because one of their shoes chose to disassemble themselves. We went to George, brought some new socks and shoes for them to only find out the dollop got the wrong size. The customer service employees in the store were extremely helpful, took the shoes back and gave us a store card with the refunded total on it, which we used to then buy the correct size.

This is a really decent ASDA, it's large, plenty of stock, lots of services available and a great location just off the main roads. Lots of parking and staff are very friendly here, even saying good morning when you are walking around. This store does need a refurbishment though, it's looking on the tired side but still very decent.

I had a very positive experience at this ASDA. It is a superstore with a lot of parking and all other facilities as any other ASDA. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The isles could be arranged better, as right now, the isles are a bit confusing when trying to shop our shopping lists.

I’m not one to normally complain about something however my trip to this store today was something else. I went in with my partner to get a new kettle, toaster and microwave as well as a few other bits and all was fine until we got to the tills. The reason for us going into store which is a 30minute drive is because we saw a set in another store that had sold out and we were informed that Havant definitely had them. When we found the kettle, toaster and microwave the microwave had no price and there were two that were literally dumped at an end of the aisle. After hunting for a member of staff we then asked if there were any out back and how much they were and he went away, came back and told us they were £69 (same as the other store) so we put one in our trolley, did some more shopping and headed to checkout. Once at the tills it scanned up as £79 which we said to the cashier we were informed it was £69 and told her about the other store and her colleague. She then shrugged her shoulders and said let me go check. Around 10minutes later she comes back and says ‘can’t find it, it’s £79. Don’t want it don’t have it’ my partner then again mentioned about what her colleague said beforehand and she said you can show me if you want. I stayed with the trolley at the tills and it took them 15minutes to which my partner then came back obviously frustrated and said they spoke to another colleague who was a young lady who was rude to him and gave him attitude and made fun of his accent. Although the same microwave in grey was £55 and the black was £69 they still gave us attitude. I work in retail myself and know very well that challenging situations can happen however these members of staff were straight blank rude. And my partner has left the store feeling uncomfortable and upset over the discrimination that he faced today. As well as we had our heart set on purchasing a full set for our new house that we are super excited about and it was a completely let down by the customer service. We were going to return to purchasing a few more things like an air fryer, bedding and some photo frames but after that experience it has genuinely put us off from returning. And I know two people aren’t going to put Asda out of business but I did want to bring this to attention.

Visited the Asda cafe today with a friend who has complex food allergies. The staff at the cafe weren't very accommodating. They made her feel like she was an inconvenience... After she said she couldn't have soy or cows milk, the lady behind the till said "oh, you are fussy aren't you!?" Which I thought was really unprofessional. I understand not all places can accommodate complex needs and that's fine, but a little compassion and understanding would be appreciated.

Love this store but wish it was in Portsmouth as it is a little too far out if you haven't got a car. The staff are friendly and there is a lovely range of goods, lovely wide aisles,a lovely selection of clothing and plenty of parking. There is a local bus service but unfortunately it only runs until 15,21 and it is a 24 hour opening store

Went to Asda havant to look at designing a birthday cake for my son with the photo printer option. Wasn’t sure as my picture was from a movie if it would be allowed (it wasn’t) but spoke to Karen in the bakery and she was amazing talking me through different options what I could do instead and how they could help me create something equally awesome without breaking any copyrights. Really impressed she was so helpful so just wanted to shout out to her fantastic service

I would like to say how helpful your customer service staff today. I brought a cordless vacuum cleaner today 27th October and took it back this afternoon because l thought the charging plugs was missing about two hours later when cleaning I found it so I went back and after them trying to keep a straight face they went and found the vacuum for me so I brought it again thank you for all your help
