I’ve had an order this morning marked as delivered but this was a lie as I did not receive this order at all. I’ve thankfully after 4 calls to customer care received my refund to then stupidly trust Asda and re order my first order for the same day but an evening slot for the EXACT same thing to happen again but this time I watched the driver go down a road next to me mark as delivered as I received an email then drive off. I contacted customer care who put me through to the delivery team that I have had to phone twice. They’ve said they will check the vans and get my shopping to me but this DID NOT HAPPEN!!! If I were you I would stick to a different supermarket as by the looks of it a driver from the Portsmouth store like to steal peoples shopping and the people in charge couldn’t care less! I have been refused a refund and am now completely out of pocket and without food. Never again.
Worst customer service. Not helpful at all. Ordered through express shopping but they forgot to bring me stuff for whole hour, they forgot about it. After that I shopped I again but this time they forgot to take out the tag. Took me 3 visits to Asda just to take it out.
We do a click and collect every week from this Asda and more often than not are served by the lovely Jeff. His customer service is outstanding, he knows us by name so doesn’t even need to ask when we arrive at pick up, and he is always ready to go and grab replacements when fresh veg is looking a bit squishy etc. Thanks Jeff for always doing 110%
I just wanted to thank the small black lady helping me this morning finding the milk. (She was working around the free from section) Huge place, great selection and fantastic customer service.

Items in the fresh food area looked like they had been thrown on the unclean shelves, red offer labels are small and hard to read, not many offers, lack of manned checkouts, empty bags checked before I started scanning items. One member of staff rightly complained to me about the reduction in manned checkouts. This store has gone massively downhill, won't be shopping here ever again.
Good sized store with a large selection of items. Clean and tidy store. Happy and helpful staff. Lots of free parking for Upton 3 hours. Wheelchair accessible. Toilets available.
Always have parked here since becoming season ticket holder always parked through MySpace app today I receive a fine of £140 for something I had already paid for I use this carpark on a weekly basis and pays every time
Almost amazing. Always shop here but recently bought two packets of flour which both had an ant infestation inside of it. I know that they weren’t from my kitchen cupboard since everything else was ant free. It was only those two brand new flour packets which had it. Absolutely rancid! I do not recommend buying self-raising flour or plain flour from Asda.
