    Shambolic service as far as parcel pick up point. They get paid for a service they don't provide. Lied about not receiving my parcel. Then sent it back to sender . Have proof . Very disappointing.

    Avoid this place as a UPS drop off point. They refuse to take in parcels on the weekend and parcels that they consider to be too big. Shouldn't be marked as a UPS drop off point!

    Had loads in stock and the woman working behind the bar was really nice and engaging. She wore a mask to protect customers and the shop as introduced social distancing measures. Paperwick was clean, had baskets to put your purchases in and had amazing choice of drinks, treats, breads, milks, alcohol among many other things
