From the start, Georgia and Libby made everything straightforward. Georgia sent over a clear conveyancing process flow early on, which helped me understand each stage and what to expect. Their communication throughout was excellent — my questions were always answered promptly, and I was kept informed at every step. Libby was especially proactive in obtaining the lease pack, even when there were delays with the buyer’s solicitors. Both Georgia and Libby were professional, efficient, and a real pleasure to work with. Even the buyers themselves commented on how professional and responsive they were when queries were raised.    I contacted SAS Daniels a few weeks back regarding some help that I needed in writing up a constitution for a non profit organisation - I had already drafted the document and just needed a solicitor to check that the phrasing was appropriate, it wouldn't have taken much of their time and I would have happily paid whatever they deigned to charge. After being passed on to several people and different departments, I was told I would get a call back from them, but never did. I would not recommend using them.
