   I have just completed my first home purchase with Wains Solicitors and I couldn't sing their praises more. I worked with Jeanette and Sarah and from the very start they were quick and clear with communication, explaining anything I had questions about. They checked in with me regularly and moved the process along quickly, so that I could be in before Christmas. Buying a home, especially your first, can feel overwhelming and stressful but they really helped me feel calm and confident throughout the process.    We used Wains for our house purchase as two first time buyers. Kiri was our conveyancer and was honestly amazing. So many of our friends/colleagues are in the process and they tell stories of people ignoring phone calls/emails - but we never had any of this with Kiri. She responded to emails extremely quickly, always answered the phone and was happy to answer any extra questions we had. We really could not recommend her more to anyone looking for a smooth house purchase.
