I still get flash blacks from how I was treated by Uche, the owner of this store, just because I asked a simple polite question, chatting with my neighbour who is also Nigerian she attested to that being his nature and how rude and insulting they are to customers. Only attend if you love being insulted and assaulted

I was verbally abused and insulted for asking to buy onions among many other things. The rudest store I have ever seen. I visited this place for the first time today and I was treated like an animal, I had selected food items going on about £200 pick onions along with it, I was told they can’t sell onions to me, I politely explained I can’t cook without onions and had gotten all these as part of my monthly supply and if they can’t sell onions to me, I will just have to drop some of the items, as I can’t cook without onions and can just order everything online. The sales person offered to ask her manager since I was buying many things if they can sell onions to me, he responded rudely that he wouldn’t sell and I should leave, I am not doing him a favour for buying. I should go. Bear in mind I didn’t say a word, I wasn’t rude, I only politely explained why I needed onions and every African knows why you need onions to cook. He chased me off his shop, I shed a few tears. I don’t want anyone else being treated like an animal just because they want to patronise a store. I stayed polite and respectful.

Customer Service and experience needs improvement. 10% subscription to new customers does not exist or currentlynot available but stated on website. Package arrived as promised, lovely packaging. Ordered the meat pies and chicken pie, would have preferred to have had the choice to order a trial/small portion initially to taste.

  3. Sophia Kolawole ★☆☆☆☆

Horrible customer service. Imagine telling customer that he is doing a favour by selling to them simply because he has less competition after selling rotten yam to me.
