   I had pleasure of meeting George and Emily recently, two of the nicest people you could wish to meet. I was buying my first foil and board and they spent over an hour explaining everything you'd need to know about each component, no hard selling, just great honest advice, they even turned the shop upside down looking for a bolt set to ensure I had everything I needed to get on the water. A fantastic experience, would highly recommend!

   I couldn’t be happier. I spotted a used Enduro 12m Kite on FB Marketplace posted from Emily and George at The Watersports Centre Ltd. I reached out and from start to finish they were brilliant. Emily’s communication and manner was great, very quick replies and Emily sent me loads of info and pic’s over email and WhatsApp. I received Parcel Force tracking details the day of shipping and it arrived 9am next day. I also received written assurance for a refund if I found any leaks or issues within 24hours, including shipping costs covered. The kite arrived beautifully packed and in immaculate, near showroom condition. Super crispy and clean. I had it inflated it by 9:30am and it was still rock solid at 7.30pm! Perfect. It’s very refreshing to deal with people who are this professional and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again and can’t recommend them enough. A huge thank you!

Tim was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything we needed to know.    Excellent experience Found the item (ION Riot harness) online, communication was so prompt (answered all my questions via message), and I have the item less than 24h later. I actually found the business on Facebook and then communicated after by msg and email. Invoiced and paid, updates were so efficient, tracking information and the item (& accessory) all received.
