We are delighted with both settees; they are so comfortable and look really good in our living room. They are of excellent quality and made in the UK. Delivery was prompt and the the delivery men were very helpful. They assembled the sofas where We wanted them and made sure We were happy with this.    Fantastic sofa's and fantastic customer service - would highly recommend. We have been looking for ages for the perfect lounge suite (DFS, SCS, Sofology, Oak Furniture Land etc) and nothing was quite right.    Having visited the showroom and chosen a 3 piece suite we were unsure whether the settee would fit through the entrance door. They offered a visit to check and a few days later they came and confirmed it would be OK. We ordered and although we were given 6 to 8 weeks delivery it arrived in about 4 weeks and 2 weeks later after we had a new carpet fitted it was delivered. The 2 men delivered the furniture with great care and placed the furniture where we wanted and placed the cushions and arm covers on. From the sales staff to delivery men the service was excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company for your furniture needs. Thank you. Keith & Pat Leadbeater.

   This is my second interaction / purchase from Upholstery Designs. In 2019, prior to a hip operation, I purchased my black leather riser recliner chair which has been extremely comfortable and I am still grateful for it every day. Unfortunately, this year, a hair clasp damaged one of the chair cushions and so I contacted Upholstery Designs to see if they might be able to make me a replacement cushion. I was amazed to find myself speaking to Donna, who remembered serving me in 2019! What a lovely lady she is, helpful, professional, and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She is extremely thorough and in no time at all, after the exchange of a few emails, my leather was matched with the supplier's stock and my order was in place. I'm thrilled with my updated chair and most grateful to Donna and her team of suppliers. I have no hesitation in recommending Upholstery Designs. It's so good to receive first rate customer service these days.

   Just wanted to express my thanks again to this family business for the excellent service they provide. The two new settees delivered yesterday, as promised, unlike other suppliers that shall remain anonymous who don't meet delivery promises, are absolutely first class. They offer a no pressure, "here if you need us" approach to selling, offer all the advice you need and then when they deliver they send a couple of very polite young men who are a credit to their employers. It's definitely 10/10 from me. Thank you again.
