I'd been planning my kitchen for a year, went in Parkgate rotherham store. We had an appointment with Charlotte, picked my white kitchen, copper accents inside my cooks pantry, antique gold handles, Enzo quartz beautiful, picked our delivery day, as we fitted ourselves, one damaged end panel came within a week, with ordering replacement on your app order x I would definitely recommend WREN X sink taps what I found bought, we already had cooker glass back splash, we made the cooker hood xxx

Great customer service in store. Louise the designer in Hull was amazing! Virtual reality kitchen was a fun addition. They were really accommodating about us adding in appliances from other sources too. Parts all came on time, one mix up of a door which was replaced quickly. Worktop mapping was accurate. The best part of the entire experience was the worktop fitters. They spent an hour levelling the quartz and then another two filling and smoothing all the joins until they were perfect. One piece of advice is to have a plumber there when the worktop is installed so that the sinks can be plumbed in at the same time. If we hadn't been able to do it then it would have been a nightmare / almost impossible to do later on. I almost didn't go with Wren as they were shocking when I used them six years ago but they've come on leaps and bounds since then!

The design experience was excellent- everyone was very professional.Communication was great at every step including the delivery day . There were a few damaged items but this was promptly put right by customer service( who were very helpful ) and re sent items were fine. The kitchen units are of a good quality and hopefully they will stand the test of time . We decided to fit the kitchen ourself . Written instructions could have been clearer but there are videos to view to help .

First class experience from the initial design appointment to the delivery. We fitted the kitchen ourselves but everything was labelled according to the design and went together easily. We had one small blemish on a door but we used the app and ordered a replacement which arrived a few days later. Really happy with the kitchen quality; staff were all lovely, polite and helpful. Very happy and satisfied thank you Wren

Over the moon with our kitchen! Tracy from the Hull store helped design our dream kitchen, she was very knowledgeable and patient and I don't think we could of asked for a better designer.Every person I've spoken to from customer services has been lovely and nothing was too much trouble. If a product needed replacing it is done easily and quickly with no fuss via the app. The kitchen quality and colours arrived as expected and we are so happy! Our kitchen is, a, show stopper and makes us extremely house proud, we spend all our time in the kitchen now. I'm really impressed with how easily the app is to use. We were kept up to date throughout the manufacturing and ordering process and overall we are extremely satisfied and will be reccomending Wren to our friends! Thanks again!!

Our first experience of Wren Kitchens as a brand was in the late summer of 2018 when we where on our way for a day out at Spurn Point. We had been thinking of changing our kitchen for some time and had visited several well-known DIY chains and Kitchen manufactures to get some ideas about styles and price. Our existing kitchen was the original Swedish brand installed by the builders in 2001 and was definitely on its last legs, or lumps of slate secured with bathroom sealant as we found during removal! Passing the Wren showroom in Hull my wife and I decided to take a de-tour from our planned excursion and have a look at what was on offer. To be honest we were like two kids let loose in a sweet shop with no supervision! We gorged our senses on the different styles on offer and the endless combinations of cabinet designs, finishes and colours and worktops. We were impressed, so much so we made an appointment with a kitchen design specialist. On the day of our appointment she met us as we entered the showroom and then discussed what it was, we wanted in our kitchen. I took with us a plan of the kitchen my wife and I had agreed on, with measurements. So after only an hour of review and modification we settled on the design, colour and work tops, then progress into the world of handles, cookers, sinks and taps. With her advice and my wife’s ideas we soon had the whole kitchen planned and had added in a £99 dishwasher! One of the big decisions we made was to order on a supply only basis to be fitted by me, this made no difference to how we were treated as customers and we proceeded with the changes to the original design. One of the best things about the kitchen design journey so far was just how helpful everyone had been and regardless of the fact that we were going to install it ourselves there was no up selling of any additional services or items Our installation plan was a very professional layout for every aspect of the installation, base units, wall cabinets and worktops. It also included notations on where there may be an issue with a particular aspect of the installation and suggestions on what may be required. There was also a full and detailed list of everything we had ordered. It also contained information on approximate storage or space that our new kitchen would require, luckily, we have a garage, but even that wasn’t enough! On delivery each unit was pre-assembled and protectively packaged and had been Quality Assurance checked. The only input form us was to screw the cabinet feet on! Also, one of the best and most useful facilities was the instructional videos on You Tube which covered almost every aspect of installation, and we referred to these, just to make sure, on more than one occasion. So, our kitchen is now fully installed and in use with just the tiling to complete. We are absolutely delighted with the design, impressed with the quality and overwhelmed by the highly professional and personal service we have received at every point of the process, from our first visit to the showroom to the final delivery, would we recommend Wren Kitchens, in a heartbeat!
